Outdooor Headshots — $225.00*
Indoor Headshots — $255.00*
Is your LinkedIn profile photo looking a bit… ragged? Everyone needs a good headshot! Indoor and/or outdoor. I come to you, with my own lighting.
You will receive 3 fully edited photos upon payment.
Update your headshots every year! Ask about group discounts for businesses!
* Travel fee may apply. Headshots delivered in high and low resolution, and both full frame and square sizes. Background removal and conversion to PNG adds $20.00 per photo. Payment required upon delivery of proofs. Price includes up to 20 minutes of session time.
Mini Session — $295.00 (45 minutes)*
This is the perfect way to get some fresh photos for a variety of uses. A mini session can include family & group photos, portraits, lifestyle, branding photos, senior photos and headshots.
You will receive 8 fully edited photos upon payment.
* Travel fee may apply. Background removal and conversion to PNG adds $20.00 per photo. Payment required upon delivery of proofs. Price includes up to 45 minutes of session time.
Full Session — $395.00 (1 hour)*
Branding (business) and Lifestyle (personal) sessions are perfect for business people and influencers to show off the true You! This session can also be used for senior photos of your minion, and for large group & family shoots!
You will receive 12 fully edited photos upon payment.
* Travel fee may apply. Price includes the first hour of session time. Additional hours priced at $350/hour (10 fully edited photos per additional hour).
Boudoir — $295 Temporary Practice rate
This is a skill I am learning, and am pricing accordingly. Please contact me directly to book.
You will receive 8 fully edited photos upon payment.
Important info about sessions!
Please see the fine print beneath each session type! Travel fee is $10 for every 20 miles driven to the session, plus any applicable parking fees. Sessions are on site at the venue of your choice (offices, outdoors, etc.) I bring lighting with me for indoor shoots. If you’d like a studio session, please contact me to arrange one. I reserve the right to deny service for safety reasons.
I retain sole ownership of all photos. Your payment gives you full printing and online marketing use. Prints not included. Model Release Form must be signed before sessions begin.

Shadow of the Colossus: 50 Camera photos for $285.00* - 48 hour turnaround

Aerial (drone) photography††: $150.00* standalone or $100.00* as an add-on to another service

2D Floorplan†: Starting at $95.00* as an add-on to another service
Estimated Time on Site: 10 - 30 minutes depending on square footage. Add $50 for homes over 5,000 square feet of scannable space (includes unfinished) - Standalone pricing for 2D floorplans is $135* - Ask about 2D floorplan virtual tours and 3D floorplans!

VIDEOGRAPHY
Exterior Only (with drone††): Starting at 60 seconds for $175.00*
Interior Only: Starting at 120 seconds for $250.00*
Interior & Exterior: Starting at 120 seconds for $395.00*
(Add $125 for every additional 60 seconds)
IMPORTANT NOTES
Additional Aerial photos are $25.00 each. I do not charge for minor object removal, as it is included in my editing process. Major object removal is available upon request, priced based on difficulty. Unless otherwise noted, standard turnaround times are 24 hours or less. Additional property outlines on Aerial photos beyond the first are $25.00 each.
* All services subject to a travel fee starting at $10 for every 20 miles traveled to the property
** Same day turnaround only when possible based on my schedule.
† 2D Floorplans include basic room descriptions and approximate measurements, plus a report breaking down approximate room-by-room information.. Pricing based on under 5,000 square feet. Add $50 for over 5,000 square feet. 3D Floorplans available by quote. Standalone Floorplan service is $135.00. Floorplan availability may be limited by wireless internet connection. Turnaround time in 36 hours or less.
†† Availability of Aerial photography & videography is subject to weather conditions and FAA airspace restrictions (temporary and permanent). Max altitude of aerial photography is 400 feet above ground level. FAA Airspace authorization may be required in advance of service.
I, Vanessa Joy, am a certified FAA Part 107 sUAS pilot and carry business liability insurance.

Events and Weddings
My standard event rate is $200 per hour on site*. That price includes all editing work after the event. Turnaround times depend on the length of the event and the number of photographs taken.
