Hey everyone! I've been a busy girl this week, and I wanted to give you a big update!
I'm thrilled to share that I've achieved a significant milestone this week! I am now a certified Part 107 Drone pilot with the FAA, scoring an impressive 95% on my exam. This certification further solidifies my unwavering commitment to providing you with top-notch service!

NEW DRONE!!!
The DJI Air 3 that I've had my eye on for a while went on sale, and a $200 credit from Amazon for opening a corporate credit card with them allowed me to spring for it!
This new drone has a far superior camera to the old Mavic Pro that I have been flying, and I will be practicing my videography skills with it. I hope to add video as a service soon!
Since I have this new drone and pilot's license, I'm excited to offer drone photos as a $60 add-on to any listing photo gig (or $100 if you're just looking for drone photos). This affordable price includes 5 aerial photos and a free property outline overlay on one of them.
NEW MONITOR!
As you know, I'm a stickler for realism and color balancing. I've realized that my current Dell monitor isn't cutting it anymore and that I need a monitor that has a far better color and contrast range.
I researched monitors for photo editing to find the best quality at a reasonable price, settling on the Asus ProArt 27" 4K HDR that many people online had suggested. I'll now have far better control of my editing process!
PRICING UPDATE!
I've clarified my pricing structure and added a new $375 package for high-end listings that includes 50 photos, 6 aerials, and a floor plan.
I often take more photos than the service my clients request. Moving forward, I'll only send the exact amount ordered (I'll select the most fitting images to market the home), plus a proof sheet of any extras I have. If you'd like me to edit and send the extras, they will be $5 each.

Important notes:
Additional Camera photos on all services are $5.00 each. Additional Aerial photos are $15.00 each. I do not charge for minor object removal, as it is included in my editing process. Major object removal is available upon request, priced based on difficulty. Unless otherwise noted, standard turnaround times are 24 hours or less. Additional property outlines on Aerial photos beyond the first are $5.00 each.
